For maximum performance of 270 Hp/355 Nm, use this Ecu for stock or track car using or not additional equipment:
- using ecu on stock m52b28 it gains 213hp ( stock 193hp )
- using with m50b25 or Schrick intake manifold + Cold air intake kit, it gains 231hp
- using with m50b25 or Schrick intake manifold + M3 EU headers / Supersprint headers and M3 US camshafts you get 247hp
- If using more aggressive Performance camshafts like recommended Dbilas, Catcams, Schrick, BavarianSolution with at least 264 degrees and higher + valve lift not less than 10.5 mm, you get 265-270 Hp and 329-355 Nm of torque.

Kate maise. Jei taip butu lengva padaryt 240ag is 2.8, tai niekas hibridu nedarytu. Buvo m50b28 hibridas pardavime jei neklistu, su veleneliais keistais, darytu kolektorium ir dar daug modu, paleistas ant e85 ir VEMS - 250ag ar 270ag. Kazkas tokio. Tai tikrai labai labai labai abejoju, kad vien is ECU remapo sitiek galios susikels. Remapo tikslas yra padaryt mapa butent TAM varikliui. Tokie cipai, sumapinti ant kito variklio - laiko gaisimas.

Gal kas rekomenduos kur galima Vilniuje ant dyno prasisukti nebrangiai?

ir m52b25, ir m52b28 uzdejus m50 kolektoriu ir su chipu galima isgauti iki 210ag su b25 ir iki 230ag su b28.

Siaip insane daro tai pats zadu kreiptis i juos. Arba klaipedoje laimis yra..o toks klausimas kodel sudinesnius ismetimo kolikus uzdejai, ir panaikinai gera dvieju vamzdziu ismetima?

Po truputį domiuosi M52tub28 variklio tobulinimu ir pasistojo klausimas kodėl naudojai įsiurbimo koliką M50B25, o ne M54B30 ar M54B25? Užsienio forumuose pagrinde randu Info, kad naudoja pastaruosius du su adapteriu M52 variklio droselinei sklendei. Gal M50B25 koliko montavimas ant mano variklio paprastesnis būtų, t.y. be droselinės sklendės adapterio? Taip pat randu Info, kad M52tub28 varikliui naudojami įsiurbimo ir išmetimo velenai nuo S52B32 variklio. Bet spėju, kad tai deficitinės dalys ir brangios... P.S. Beje gal kas esate realiai susidūrę su M52B30 strokerio modifikacija?
"There is another alternative to turn your engine into 3-liter M52B30. You need to purchase M54B30 crankshaft to implement this project. Standard pistons should be milled down to 1.6 mm. The rest of bearings should be left stock. M50B25 intake manifold is recommended for improvement of HP characteristics."
Spėju, kad čia jau gan brangus ir sudėtingas reikalas būtų....

M52tub28 tobulinimo planas jei kam aktualu:
The M50 manifold, as previously mentioned, will not fit on the M52TUB28 (the M52 2.8 litre engine in the E46 and later E38 and E39 models) due to the dual VANOS as it won't clear it. This engine has a different style of engine cover which is the easiest way to differentiate between the two engines.
M52B28 engine (which WILL accept M50 inlet mani):

It's worth noting that, with the M50 manifold, ensure it is from a 325i or 525i. Any other type of M50 manifold, such as the one from the 320i 520i or the M52 inlet manifold from the 323i and 523i will not yield any, or any significant, gains. Also people do include Big Bore Throttle Bodies for a little extra flow. This is a MACHINED OUT 325i or 525i throttle body where the inside has been enlarged. A standard one IS NOT a 'big bore', despite many misconceptions.
Keep this in mind when shopping.
So this brings us to the M52TUB28 engine. There IS a solution. And it's not as widely known as the M50 manifold so, if you're sneaky, you can probably get everything you need for around £100 (£60 for the inlet manifold and around £40 for the adaptor plate).
You fit the M54B25 inlet manifold or the M54B30 inlet manifold, that is the manifold from the later (2001 onwards, check the engine number if you are not sure) 325i or 330i. Note that I have not heard of anyone fitting the M54B30 (330i) inlet manifold to their car successfully, but they say it is possible.
To attach this M54B25/M54B30 inlet manifold to your car, you will need an adaptor plate located here:

There are stories of people having to attach it all together with just two bolts, however people who have done this have successfully run this without issue for years, so it's safe to say that is secure enough. if in doubt, make up some small brackets with nuts, bolts and square washers to hold it all together.
The gains you make are as follows:
193bhp -> 213bhp (+20hp gain) 328i
170bhp -> 190bhp (+20hp gain) 323i
The torque curve, like on the earlier engines, is shifted up 500RPM so expect to rev a little more. Alternatively get your engine remapped to have a small boost in torque and further boost in power. The maximum power you can economically expect to have out of your M52TUB28 is approx 225bhp and 205bhp from the M52TUB25.
As always, remove the battery positive terminal for 15+ minutes after performing this mod to reset the DME and engine sensors, your engine will then be reset at default values and will 'map' itself in ways.

Taip, tai skirtingi varikliai, kolektorių angos skiriasi, M54 D - formos, M52/50 O - ovalo.
Taip, pasirinkti velenai biudžetinis variantas.
Tavo atvėju galima dėti M54B30 įsiurbimo kolektorių, bei įsiurbimo veleną, nesu tikras, gal teoriškai būtų galima pamodifikavus ir antrą įsiurbimo veleną ant išmetimo pusės uždėti Gal atsiras kas protingesnis paprotins kas jau daręs kažką panašaus.

Tai manau man kuo puikiausiai sueitų ir M54B25 įsiurbimo kolektorius, nes jo kanalų forma ir plotis identiškas M54B30. Plius dažnesnis variklis ant ardymo pardavime būna. O dėl velenų tada reikia dar pasidomėti nuo ko geriausiai tiktų.Zeus999 wrote:Sveikas,
